We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager for one of our clients (Fortune 100) to lead finance for Japan, owning full P&L, partner with senior leadership, drive strategy, and lead a high-performing team—shaping the future of customer experience in a fast-moving market.

What you’ll do:

• Lead planning, forecasting & financial strategy

• Drive data-backed decisions with exec leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in finance/business planning

• Strong leadership & cross-functional skills

• Fluent in Japanese & English

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG a big plus
