JRI Executive Search is expanding – we are looking for a motivated, diligent and hands-on person that wants to make a difference.

Basic Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy and hands-on with IT tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, linkedin, etc.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Japanese fluency
  • English fluency
  • Ideally, you have some experience in the corporate world (internships also count), but it’s not an absolute necessity

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting arrangement and coordination
  • Various administrative back-office functions
  • Client meetings (optional)
  • Candidate meetings (optional)

This role is fully remote, but can also be hybrid, depending on candidate preference (office near Shimbashi Station).
