What You’ll Do:

· Lead forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning for commercial operations

· Build financial models to guide investment and growth decisions

· Partner with cross-functional teams to improve insights and controllership

What You Bring:

· 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance (tech or consumer industry experience a plus)

· Strong Excel and financial modeling; SQL or analytics tools a plus

· Proficient in Japanese & English
