A leading global company is seeking a bilingual Corporate Counsel to join its Japan-based legal team. This high-impact role focuses on regulatory investigations, government inquiries, and public policy matters across multiple business lines.

What You’ll Do:

Lead regulatory investigations and liaise with government agencies

Advise senior leadership on compliance and risk across evolving initiatives

Coordinate with global legal and public policy teams on strategy and stakeholder engagement

What You Bring:

5–12 years of PQE in regulatory, litigation, or investigation work (law firm or in-house)

Licensed in Japan, the US, or another common law jurisdiction

Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication and legal judgment
