Real Estate Valuation & Advisory — Tokyo

A leading, global management consulting firm is expanding its valuation and corporate finance practice and seeking professionals to join its real estate team in Tokyo.

The role
You’ll deliver valuation, financial modeling, and economic advisory services across a broad range of engagements, including:

• Fair-value appraisal of real estate and fixed assets (machinery and equipment) in Japan and overseas, for accounting and tax purposes
• Review of valuation reports in an audit context
• Market studies and feasibility analysis
• Project management for urban redevelopment
• Corporate real estate (CRE) strategy advisory
• Real estate advisory on M&A transactions
• Native level Japanese

What we’re looking for
Experience in one or more of the following:

• Real estate valuation (licensed real estate appraiser preferred)
• CRE or real estate advisory
• Asset management
• Architectural / construction consulting
• Real estate M&A or restructuring

Nice to have: strong English for cross-border collaboration, strong communication and teamwork, and solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
