Position Overview

As a Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in helping match the best talent with some of the most well-known management consulting firms and biggest corporates in the world. You will make a difference in helping our clients succeed by finding the best people in the Japanese market. Your committment to this role will help surface candidates that would otherwise go unnoticed in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and talents both in Japan and abroad.
• Support to maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, board-level).
• Assist client briefing meetings, understand hiring needs, and define search strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping insights to clients.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset and strong character observation skills.
• Self-motivated, curious by nature and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consultative, and target-driven environment.
• Japanese and English proficiency

Nice to have

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an analytical function.
